This requires reviewing analytics and heatmaps to make data-driven decisions as well as conducting qualitative and quantitative tests to observe customer behaviors and optimize accordingly.

 

 

Xbox Category Page

Used data, heatmaps, and conducted A/B tests to enhance the customer experience and restructure the Xbox Category Page on MicrosoftStore.com The outcome helped get shoppers into the right purchase funnel more quickly and reduce bounce rates.

PC Category Page

Revamped the PC Category Page on MicrosoftStore.com to improve engagement, introduced “Shop by Brand”, and increased overall scroll reach. Conducted A/B tests and analyzed data to ensure proposed design changes were impactful and not detrimental.

Surface Product Page Redesign

Reimagined Surface product pages on MicrosoftStore.com and gave flagship pages a much-needed facelift. It resulted in record sales at the time; and provided an opportunity to collaborate with various teams across the company.

Xbox Games Product page Redesign

One of the largest transformations on MicrosoftStore.com was made to Xbox games product pages. Leveraging past experiences, we evolved product descriptions from a single copy block to a robust page with immersive imagery and delightful storytelling.

Sony Website Redesign
