Sometimes you fall into a career. There was a need at Sony for somebody that could write and map a customer journey. Fortunately, I could do both. Since 2006, I’ve been fully immersed in making websites more profitable, while elevating the consumer experience.
Copywriting
Once I realized the power of prose, I was hooked. Over the years, I’ve produced copy for thousands of products, offers, and landing pages. It’s how I learned that successful copy and content strategy is key to delighting customers and growing business.
Managing Editor
One of my more rewarding roles came from empowering my team of writers to drive the business by creating excellent copy for products, promotions, and marketing pages. It was a pleasure to collaborate and concept with them on numerous projects.
UX & design research
Having the opportunity to establish and grow a User Research team was a career highlight. It allowed me to create and conduct mixed method research studies, synthesize results, and provide actionable insights to help guide the design direction.
