I've always been curious about consumer behaviors and interactions across the entire shopping experience…from homepage to shopping cart. As a UX researcher, I've had the opportunity to optimize and enhance the online customer journey using a data-driven approach. I've designed and executed a variety of mixed method studies and synthesized the findings into actionable insights.
